Blending Japanese tradition with American craftsmanship, The Chef is an 8.5-inch kitchen knife built for precision and performance. It features a thin, high-performance blade and a full-tang interpretation of the classic Japanese Wa handle, designed with clean lines and a subtle taper for comfort and control.

The blade is crafted from AEB-L Swedish stainless steel, heat-treated and cryogenically treated to 61 HRC for exceptional edge retention and durability. With a 0.10-inch spine thickness, 2-inch height at the heel, full distal taper, and a razor-thin 0.010-inch edge geometry, The Chef delivers smooth, effortless cuts in any kitchen.

Available with optional food-safe DLC coating. DLC provides excellent corrosion-resistance, higher scratch & scuff resistance, as well as improved food release.
