BROP Does Not Take Returns For Buyers Remorse

If A Return Is Taken Back Under The Guise Of A Mistake Made By BROP And There Is ANY Sign of Use, There Will Be A 30% Restocking Fee, No Exceptions

KNOW YOUR LOCAL LAWS!!! We Are Not Responsible for buyers' ignorance of local laws and no refunds will be issued because of this. 

There will not be returns on any items in the collection "Bear Cave: Previously Pawed" 

Serial Numbers (S/N) & Manufacturer Dates May Vary From Stock Photos

Unless specifically stated in the listing, the serial numbered knife you receive may not be the exact one that is seen in the stock photo. If you want a specific serial number/ date for any reason please verify we have it prior to checkout.

The Same Goes For Variable Damascus and Carbon Fiber Patterns. Unless the listing is for a "one-off" custom, there may be variations in the item you receive from the stock photo. If you have any concerns ASK FIRST!

All defective items must be returned to the factory for warranty service.

A return due to a misrepresentation or error issue on our end must be initiated within 1 business day of receipt of the knife and returned within 3 days.  

All orders that are requested to be canceled by the buyer via email or phone before it is shipped will incur a cancellation/restocking fee of $40, no exceptions.
