Holt Bladeworks' knives are some of the best money can currently buy. They are on par with Oz Machine Works and Bill Koenig, in our minds, and in some ways superior. Action and lockup are mainly what we're referring to here as we really haven't handled anything like this in recent memory. The buttery smoothness of the flipping action is unparalleled. The best comparison would be a multi-row bearing system from Shirogorov or an RJ Martin custom. Nothing else comes close...and that's about as high praise as it gets.

Moving onto the lock, this is the other aspect that is just head and shoulders above everything else in the industry that to compare it anything would be doing the Morpheus a disservice. We truly haven't felt a knife that was this precise, easy, and enjoyable to manipulate in years. The Morpheus is the same compact size as the Haptic but with a standard drop point blade. The team at Holt Bladeworks really knows what they're doing, we just wish we had more of them to offer to you.
